Thank You!

Thanks to everyone for all of the sampler love yesterday.  I packed up all the orders that came in before I went to bed, and am headed out to the post office now to get them all mailed out to everyone.  I hope you enjoy stitching them up.  I really can't wait to see how they all turn out!    

I am looking forward to working on my own copy this weekend,  on the back porch in a comfy chair while drinking beer and lemonade with my mom in Michigan.  It is predicted to be in the mid sixties there, so (fingers crossed) maybe I'll wear a sweater!  Chicago needs to cool its jets in my opinion.

    I love these samplers, they turned me back on to embroidery-my first love something I taught myself when I was 12 years old in Michigan no less.

    The samplers look awesome!

    I don't know if you remember me from the bar nights during your 9th block senior year, but I'm a good friend of Bry and Rebecca Knight, 2 years your junior. You senior show was such a huge inspiration for learning that "fiber art" is art. If I'd have been a freshman that year, I'd have surely picked up an art minor/major.

    I'm so excited that you've been able to "make it" as a professional artist. I'm lovin' your blog!

    This new design is lovely! I am still working on your first design - my camera cratered out or I'd have posted a pic to the flickr group.
    I'd love to win one of the new designs! It's so unlike anything out there and I think I'd love stitching it!

    I would love to try embroidery again... haven't done it since high school! :) I love the look of your samplers! Now I'd just be doing the samplers with my reading glasses! yikes!
