Here's a little sneak peak of what I've been working on for the new printed sampler. Slowly, slowly, I'm drawing up the new design. I've been swamped in the studio lately, getting ready for a show that I am in at Northern Illinois University at the end of August. Every spare moment I have has been spent on the back stitch, as I carefully fill in all those lines I laid out for myself, which isn't really as bad as it sounds, considering I'm working directly in front of my air conditioner and it's currently 95 with one thousand percent humidity in Chicago. I like repetition, and I hate, and I mean h.a.t.e. it when it's hot out, so I'm a happy camper. I'll show you pictures of that progress on Monday. Have a great weekend!
